About Us

Designers Architectural, P.A. is a small architectural firm offering quality design guidance to our clients.  We provide comprehensive architectural services including project design, administration, space planning, color and material selection, and renderings.  In addition to our in-house staff, we employ the services of a dynamic team of professional consultants who offer a wide variety of experience and expertise.  Our team includes the services of engineers, code specialists, CADD operators, landscape designers, and interior specialists.  Their wide variety of experience brings a larger architectural flair to each project.

Our approach is simple.  We know that to compete in today's market we must be flexible, efficient, organized, and responsive to our clients.  The project belongs to the client, not to us.  We strive to earn the trust of our clients, which can only be attained by listening, working together, and  providing a consistent level of quality service.  We have a passion for good design and we view every project as an exciting new challenge.  Our goal is to provide good professional service, whether it be a simple schematic design or full architectural services.
 
Personal service and responsiveness are also critical to our continued growth and success.  Our clients can always deal directly with the Owner or Project Managers and receive the personal attention and quick response they deserve.  Most importantly, we try to make each building experience exciting and fun, both our ourselves and for our clients.

Professional :  
James A. Garritani, R.A., founded Designers Architectural, P.A.,  after a 20-plus year career working in the architectural field.   Having a strong desire to pursue professional and creative independence in his projects, Mr. Garritani  started the business in 2001.     Through the formation of his own firm, Mr. Garritani has assembled a team of professionals with a wide range of experience and educational background to provide timely and cost-effective results for his clients. Having grown up in the Orlando area, Mr. Garritani has a vested interest in being a part of the growth in Central Florida.   Designers Architectural has developed a strong client base and has executed a variety of successful projects.  Our commitment to quality has contributed to a steady growth in size and earned us a reputation for excellent architectural services.
 
Mr. Garritani holds a B.S. degree in Architecture from Auburn University and is registered to practice architecture in States of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Arizona.      FL Reg. No. AA0003555;  AL Reg. No. 6634;  MS Reg. No. 4434; AZ Reg. No. 48449
